Braised Ox Cheek 400g circa

INGREDIENTS
Slow  cooked (24hrs) British Beef ox cheek,  Organic Chicken stock, celery, onion, red wine, Vermouth (sulphite),  butter  EVO oil, garlic, sea salt, black pepper.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
For best results empty contents into a saucepan, bring to the boil, then simmer for 6 minutes. Stir occasionally. Do not let boil. Add water if needed or empty contents into a bowl, cover and microwave for 3 to 4 minutes on medium. Serve piping hot with our mashed potato or polenta.

SERVINGS
1 large serving or 2 small servings with polenta or mashed potato.

STORAGE
This is a fresh product so keep refrigerated.
Once opened consume within one day. Always consume within the date on package.

FREEZING
Suitable for freezing on day of purchase. Use within one month.
Defrost fully before use. Do not re-freeze once defrosted.
