Mushrooms and truffle oil risotto 450gr circa

Cardoncelli mushrooms Risotto.
Our risottos are carefully made by hand using traditional carnaroli rice and Parmigiano Reggiano. Add a tablespoon of water to the mix, stir, heat up and enjoy.
All our risottos are free from artificial preservatives, flavouring or colouring.

Vegetables stock 51% (water, and vegetable), carnaroli rice celery, onion, white wine (sulphite), Parmigiano Reggiano cheese (milk), butter (milk), EVO oil,  garlic, sea salt, black pepper, truffle oil. ALLERGY ADVICE: see ingredients in bold.

For best results empty contents into a saucepan, bring to the boil, then simmer for 3 minutes. Stir occasionally. Do not let boil. Add same water if needed
Or empty contents into a bowl, cover and microwave for 3 to 4 minutes on medium. Serve piping hot.

1 large serve or 2 small starter serves.

This is a fresh product so keep refrigerated.
Once opened consume within one day. Always consume within the used by date.
