Slow cooked lamb shank

 

INGREDIENTS
Lamb shank, red wine (sulphite),  EVO oil, onion, carrots, sea salt, bay leaves, vegetarian stock, juniper berries.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
For best results empty the contents in a saucepan and simmer for 6 mins or microwave for 3 mins.

FREEZING
Suitable for freezing on day of purchase. Use within one month.
Defrost fully before use. Do not re-freeze once defrosted.
